Making a Simple Healthy Sandwich
Our pal and Old Salt Santa rang the chimes on us early this afternoon. You know how these things go. We are proud to be consuers of good beef. Vic worked on a rnach raising Charlolais cattle for beef production, so we have some in-house experience in raising good animilas, and making sure they are cared for in a humane and loving environment.
The old saying is that you sort out who is committed to breakfast. Chickens contribute. The pigs give it all.
Anyway, we got out of sequence on this. Dierdre had some sort of fit when she was able to liberte the Chairman’s Zelle account at the credit union and turn it into some of her sandwich recipies. Then, after having made approximately three dozen wildly delicious roast beef sandwiches she started talking about the magnificent creations that famed chef and restauranteur Tracy O’Grady used to whip up once a month or so in the best restaurant in Arlington County.
