Coming Back In the Morning
The nation has been captivated by trials lately. Fascinated. Inundated.
The Conference Room was jammed with a shift coming in for the mid-shift as the jury was sending a note to the judge in the Clancy trial.
We had some cool graphics about that matter, with images too poignant to show today. The trial appears to be dragging on, deliberating a matter that seemed so clear at the very outset that these legal machinations are perplexing.
They are weird.
And there is a woman who needs help. A lot of help.
The kids who could use it, can’t.
The jury has been told to come back tomorrow morning at nine.
We don’t have any reasonable alternative to joining them.
