Vic and Dierdre’s Oven-Kissed Scallops

So, this edition caused a row in the Conference Room and you can imagine why.

Dierdre was a Communications Department Major over at the George Mason University’s school for that sort of thing before she interned at Socotra House. With intelligence and energy she rose to serving in Direct Support to the Creative Section Daily Production Team.

Seeing how easy what they do seemed to be, she saw a lead to publish extensions of her dissertation on Fine American Casual and Support Dining Under Kinetic Pressures. Those could include the impact of international, national and local and living in the Fifteen Minute County where they swirl.

She has taken over the Galley for inspirational Zoom culinary adventures under a working title of “Recipes for the Fifteen minute County which she hopes to publish along with the Legal Department’s joke book featuring ast Eddie and his legal stuff.
