The President, like him or not, put on a performance we could not have managed in our youth as jets thundered across several national panoramas.<\/p>\n<p>The severe weather alert popped up in the late afternoon while the skies were still bottomless blue, so drama built through Happy Hour as more than a hundred thousand celebrants ebbed and flowed to take up station on the mall for drama that lasted through the night.<\/p>\n<p>And things normally would start lurching back to normal this morning. But it won\u2019t. This is only another break before global drama continues tomorrow with whatever that soccer thing happens.<\/p>\n<p>The USMNT will be facing off against Belgium with an additional point of drama in the controversial one match red-card suspension of US star Folarin Balogun.<\/p>\n<p>Drama? Good heavens!<\/p>\n<p>We are pleased we are unlikely to be around for the next time we add fifty years to the calendar.
