\nWe are the wishers, and they our fulfilment
\nWe are the night, and they the day
\nWhat else? It is perfect enough
\nIt is perfectly complete
\nUs and them
\nWhat more . . .
\nStrange, how we suffer in spite of this<\/p>\n
But they don’t f*ck us cold-heartedly, we note
\nThey don’t want to f*ck us at all, they claim
\nThey’re just our lovers, they say
\nWe don\u2019t want to love them or them us — just our eternal and abnormal cravings are to be loved
\nWe aren\u2019t positive, but they are negative
\nWe absorb, as if we must fill ourselves up with their loving offerings, because
\nWe\u2019ve got a shortage, somewhere, always<\/p>\n
Sorta a messed up Eros
\nNo recriminations, no reproaches, no guilt, no morality
\nFor what’s morality but a leash around our and their necks —
\nA noose really
\nMorality here is but what other people want us to do, for their own, selfish, unstated purposes<\/p>\n
Ours is a tragic age, yet we refuse to take it tragically
\nCataclysms have already happened
\nWe wander among the ruins
\nWe’ve started building up new little e-habitats to hold new little hopes
\nRather hard work it is
\nWith no smooth road into the future
\nWe go round or scramble over the obstacles
\nGotta live no matter how many skies have fallen<\/p>\n
Thus it’s a life in the void
\nThese, our servants are spectral not really existing
\nWe go for walks in our parks and the woods
\nEnjoy the solitude and the mystery while kicking the brown leaves of our autumn
\nLong ago having picked the primroses of our spring<\/p>\n
Time goes on
\nWhatever happens, happens
\nNothing happens when we are so beautifully out of contact . . . so
\nTime goes on as the clock does, half-past eight follows half-past seven<\/p>\n
