This remembrance was of a spring afternoon that Vic and Marlow spent along Duval Street in 2014.<\/p>\n

Well the sun was high, when we rode into town
\nLast night\u2019s rain up in DC, it froze on the ground
\nDown the warm street, heard a tune so cool
\nComin’ from the place they call The Bull <\/p>\n

We stepped inside, and stood by the door
\nWhile a dark-eyed girl sang and played the guitar
\nThere were tourists, drunks, loudmouths perched on stools
\nWe liked what we saw at the place they call The Bull<\/p>\n

Triples of vodka, rum from sugar cane
\nand poison will get you, just the same
\nIf that — that don’t — kill you soon
\nBull\u2019s singer will with her soulful tune<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t pawn your phone, don\u2019t sell your ring
\nJust to hear Dora sing, (hear that girl sing)
\nDon’t take long to wake up, don\u2019t be a fool
\nJust linger with the singer down at The Bull<\/p>\n

One false step down here and you\u2019re done
\nIt’s a tricky situation with booze and the tropical moon
\nIf that — that don’t — kill you soon
